Who we are

LUT Wrestling is operated by AdvertPlus Digital, Dakar, Sénégal. For any question about this policy, contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and the username you choose. Collected when you create an account, to authenticate you and secure your account.
• Session data: sign-in timestamps and device/session identifiers, used to keep you signed in and let you revoke sessions.
• Contact form: the name, email address, and — if you fill them in — phone number and organisation you send through the contact form on this site, together with your message. Used only to answer you.
• Profile: the region and short bio you choose to add, and your profile picture.
• In-app activity: your points and level, badges, quiz answers, fight predictions, LUT Awards votes, the wrestlers and galas you follow, the stories you have viewed, and the notifications sent to you. Used to run the features you take part in.
• Purchases: your orders, tickets and pay-per-view passes, the payment method you chose and the phone number used to pay, plus the delivery name, phone and address when you order a shipped product.

The contact form

Sending the form on this site stores your message on our backend so the desk can answer it, and triggers an internal notification. We keep it only as long as the exchange requires, and no longer than 24 months.

To keep the form from being used by robots, the submission is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limited. Your IP address is never stored: only a salted, irreversible fingerprint of it is kept, which lets us recognise a flood without identifying anyone. Messages our filters judge abusive are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Ticking the consent box is what authorises this. You can ask us to delete a message at any time by writing to [email protected], quoting the reference the form gave you.

Writing to us from inside the app

Support messages and feedback sent from the app are stored so the desk can read and answer them. They carry your account's name and address — read from your session, never typed again — the topic you chose, and your message. Feedback additionally carries the rating out of five, and is never published anywhere.

A support message can also carry the app version, the platform, the operating system version and the device model. Those four are attachedonly if you leave the box ticked on the form, they help reproduce a fault, and none of them identifies you. Nothing else about your phone is collected. Messages are kept for the length of the exchange, and no longer than 24 months.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Service providers

• Convex — hosts the application database and backend.
• Resend — delivers verification and password-reset emails.
• Cloudflare — the Turnstile anti-robot check on the contact form. It sets no advertising cookie and builds no profile.
• n8n — the workflow tool that alerts the desk when a contact message arrives.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile, the anti-robot check on the contact form, and R2, where the app's media files are stored.
• n8n — the workflow tool that alerts the desk when a contact message arrives and that routes payments to the provider you chose.
• Payment providers (mobile money and bank card) — reached through n8n when you pay for a ticket, a pass or a product. They receive only what the payment requires.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your account and its associated data. Contact messages follow the retention described above.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app, in Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion from this page.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected].

Children

LUT Wrestling is not directed at children under 13, and is not designed for them.

We update this page when our practices change, and revise the date above.
